And now when times are tough, it’s even more important than ever that government spends your money wisely.

The federal government has allocated billions of dollars in federal aid to help us through the recession.

My office is making sure that New York is spending federal stimulus dollars appropriately.

“Open Book New York” allows you to see the companies doing federal stimulus work and how much they got paid.

These funds provide New York with an extraordinary opportunity to move our state’s economy forward. Let’s make sure we do this right.
